About Order

How do I place an order?
  • Open VarietyShop.pk Website.
  • Click on the image of your desired Product.
  • Click on “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” button.
  • Click on “View Cart” (Add quantity if required or if you wish to continue shopping) & click on “Checkout Button”.
  • Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Email Id/Shipping Address with City).
  • Confirm the order details and
    Click on “Place Order”.
  • Your Order number will appear on your screen.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your Order Number.
How do I know if my order has been placed?

After you place your order on the website, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been placed. This will not, however, indicate if the order has been shipped.

What exactly happens after ordering?

we make a conformation call to our valuable customer after receiving order for order conformation. After conformation we generate your Invoice and send to dispatch department. Dispatch department pack your order and send it to courier for delivery.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We process your order in same working day.
We do our best to get your orders delivered with in next 3 working days.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your city and your selected product.

  • 3 working days for Central (Punjab) and 3 to 5 working days for South and North (Sindh, Baluchistan, KPK and Azad Kashmir).
  • 5-7 working days for international orders.
How can I track my order?
  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will be forwarded a text message on given mobile number along with tracking number with helpline number (with a link to the courier’s web page).
  • In case you are unable to track your order, you may contact, sms, whatsapp “+923 330 969 237” and also you can send an email: [email protected] with the Order ID.
Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.) of your choice.

How to return a product?
You can now easily process your order return yourself by following these simple steps.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All products sold on VarietyShop.pk are delivered

  • all over Pakistan and Azad Kashmir through Leopard courier service , Pakistan Post and OCS
  • internationally through FedEx and DHL
Can I pick up my item instead of having it delivered?

Orders outside Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi can be picked up from Leopards or OCS service centers upon request. You will be notified when your items arrive at the service center so you can come for pick up.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes You Receive a printed invoice against your order. All Products detail & Total Amount are mentioned on Invoice.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Free Home Delivery Service To All over Pakistan & Azad Kashmir.

International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment along with the applicable duties (if any).

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Currently, the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Cash On Delivery (COD)
  • Jazz Cash Account Transfers
  • Telenor Easy Paisa Transfer
  • Online Bank Transfer
Do I need to pre-pay for my product when I order it?

Pre-payment is 100% safe and easy. However, We also offers you the possibility to pay through Cash On Delivery (COD). With COD, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on VarietyShop.pk?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on VarietyShop.pk. The order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. In case your order is delivered partially you will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you. The order amount will be mentioned on the parcel and the invoice. Please note that we will never ask you to pay extra cash to the rider.

Note: For International Payment via Credit / Debit card you may be charged a cross border fee by your issuing bank as our payment processor is based outside Pakistan. For information on the exact charges please contact your issuing bank.

General Information

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

VarietyShop.pk is 100% Secure Website. All Customers data is protected at our end. We share essential data with our courier partner for delivery service.

In case I am unavailable to receive my order the first time, how many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally. However there will be extra charges depending on the country items are being shipped to. We will send an invoice, Customs and Tax will be customers’s responsibility.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, your shipping address cannot be changed after your order has been placed.

However, you may cancel the order and re-order with right address.

I found the package open and the product seal broken on delivery. What should I do?

You should refuse to accept an open package. If you do accept such a package by mistake or find out it has been tampered with, please get in touch with us immediately.

What if an incorrect/damaged item is delivered to me?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier. Kindly get in touch with our Customer Care for further information.

What if an incomplete order is delivered to me?

Full care is taken to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped out. However, in case such a mishap does occur, you can get in touch with our Customer Care to identify this issue and we will rectify it at the earliest.

What is the procedure for cancelling an order?

Order cancellation is dependent on whether or not it has been shipped. Send your order cancellation request to Customer Care. If the order has been shipped, however, you may exchange the product in accordance with our Return policies.

We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors.

What if there is an error while placing the order?

Immediately take a screenshot of the page you are experiencing the error, or copy the error message and send it to [email protected] You can also message on our official page on FaceBook for further assistance.

Will the product be identical to the pictures publicized/displayed?

The product is identical but there may be slight variances in the colour of the product as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen resolution; we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the original product.

How can I find a specific product I am looking for?

All our products come with a unique product code. To search a particular product, just enter the code in the search option available on the website and it will locate the product.

If a product is out of stock what should I do?

If a product is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website or will be marked “Out of Stock”.
