We are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and as mentioned on our website. All items go through strict Quality Control before dispatching. However there can still be many reasons for you to return the goods ordered.

What can be returned?

You don’t like the product, if don’t provided as per description described with the pictures by website. Product is not as per advertised, Product is defective or damaged. You can return product that you have bought as long as it is in the same state as you received.

Product in the following catagories cannot be changed.

  1. Resized or altered suits
  2. Shrinked suit’s or suits that have been altered.
  3. If product is defective but used.

All Products intended to be returned must be in following conditions:

  1. Product must remain unused.
  2. Product has its original packing.
  3. Product label are attached.

All products received for returns will be checked for above mentioned return conditions.If a product does not comply with above mentioned details, it will be sent back to customer’s address

Who will bear the courior cost?

The company will be responsible to replace the prduct if the product is defective.If you simply change your mind then the buyer is liable to send the product back.

Notification of return:

  1. For all products to be return,we must be notified with your intention within 3 days once you have received the parcel.
  2. Customer must notify us on our Customer Support Help Line: 0333-0969237
  3. Return can be sent via nearest TCS/OCS/Leopard office. Please call and ask for the company in case the product is defective and the company is paying for the return service.
  4. Once product is received, our staff will issue refund or process replacement order as per customer request.
  5. Refund will be disbursed to the customer provided details within 3 days after receiving the product. If the customer has replacement order, that will be considered order and all terms and conditions mentioned on the newly ordered product will be applied.

*If customer return is accepted, customer is entitled to receive full cash, credit refund or an equal exchange.
